Dr. Blackburn has received training in all facets of dentistry. In recognition of his training he has received the Fellowship Award in the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Blackburn maintains his position on the cutting edge of dentistry as an evaluator with the top independent dental research organization in the world. He handles all types of emergencies and is the Team Dentist for Longwood University Athletics. One appointment computer fabricated crowns - crowns in one hour - are only one of the many high-tech procedures he does.
